Client reviews paint Paul Selecky as a dedicated, ultra-responsive, successful real estate professional specializing in the Coastal and surrounding Orange County market. His experience, expertise and likeability have all contributed to the respect he holds within the community.
Paul grew up along the shores of Hawaii and then California. Having lived on or near the beaches of OC for most of his life, Paul knows our area and its history very well. A true benefit to a career in residential home sales, but was there life before Real Estate?
Most assuredly yes and, if you ask him, he will tell you those experiences have proven essential to his success as a Realtor. Paul’s prior career as an Executive with TimeWarner (Warner Bros, HBO and Turner) perfected his analytical skills, focus and attention to detail. This decade+ of experience in the media/entertainment industry has provided Paul with exclusive insight and exposure to some of the most luxury-minded buyers in the world. As an expert negotiator, Paul’s experience brokering multi-million dollar purchases throughout the world easily transferred to the advantage of his real estate clients. Paul’s responsibilities included extensive traveling, overseeing people and activities throughout EMEA, APAC and the Middle East, establishing connections and a unique understanding and perspective which to this day continue to prove advantageous to his foreign real estate investors and buyers.
Paul regularly volunteers at various community and charitable events in Irvine, Laguna Beach and Ladera Ranch, is a past music minister at his church and supports multiple organizations including the American Lung Association, BeTheMatch Foundation, REACH, Families Forward and several local schools’ music, academic and sports teams.
Paul has two sons and, during his rare opportunity for some down-time, he likes to run on the local beaches and trails near his home, especially the coastal wilderness areas around Irvine, Laguna and Newport Beach. He also sings and plays piano, guitar, ukulele and drums (though not all at the same time).
